The Economic Recovery Act has forced me to concrete the floor in the large garage. It took only two days for us to complete this project. As you can see the only use for this floor is for dancing.
While Rennae and Brian and a little help from me, were doing our pickles. 66 qt. and 4 gal jars for this year. All our jars sealed successfully. I took time out to add four windows into our quanset.
From Wisconsin it was just a small jump into Illinois to see Margret and Jim. Its been many month since I have seen them, and to my surprise they looked good. Jim is working on his little house and Meg wants to unload hers so that she can get out of "Dodge".
Some of the projects that we completed in June and July. Our garden is in and growing. Our water system has 13 new spickets, Our fireplace has a mantel and cabinet, and our shore has a beach for swimming. Our flower beds (15 of them) are in bloom and our lawn is green and cut.
While at BlueMounds, Kim, Jarrett and Jackson (Jim's wife and children) and Teak Nelson and her children came to visit. All had a good time and the four children enjoyed the pool and farm.
